An exploration of neurodivergence, emphasising strengths, challenges, and wellbeing, while addressing communication, physical considerations, and cognitive patterns. This includes developing specific coaching skills to support neurodivergent clients, such as adaptive communication strategies, sensory-aware coaching techniques, executive function support, and balancing counselling and coaching approaches.
